POLY PRODUCTION is in field of plastic machining: milling & turning. We are positioned to fabricate from simple to complex components. Plastic CNC turning can be combined with plastic CNC milling and other processes to make more diverse shapes than normal. All of our machines run automatically allowing us to offer very competitive prices.

Plastic Milling by CNC: is a cutting process whereby material on a block is milled by a computer-controlled tool which moves and rotates. Our state-of-the-art equipment will enable a high degree of consistency to close tolerances with no burrs parts to meet your requirements. We can process a wide range of components from 10 feet long, 4 feet wide and 8 inches thick to parts that fit on a pin. POLY PRODUCTION can produce many parts complete with efficient cycle times.

Complex components are manufactured through the import of files from most CAD systems for precision machining.
Precision plastic sawing: Our technology, experience and saw capabilities make sure the components are manufactured with the highest standard allowable to assure the appearance, dimensions and tolerance.

Plastic Turning by CNC: Plastic CNC turning produces parts by "turning" rod material, all while simultaneously feeding a cutting tool into the turning material. In CNC turning, the tools can be fed into the rotating work piece at a variety of angles, with several options for tool shapes available. As a performance plastics fabricator, we always create the finest turned components in the plastic machining industry. We have developed lathe tooling technology & experience to adapt precision plastic machining requirements.
